  6. Standard Treatment  Complete surgical removal of the tumor.

  8. Five-Year Survival  60 percent

  10. Investigational 
  11. ‚Ä¢ Adjuvant radiation therapy . 
  12. ‚Ä¢ Adjuvant chemotherapy with mitotane .
  13.  
  14. Stage II 
  15. TNM T2, N0, M0 
  16. The tumor is larger than 2 in. (5 cm) but is still not invasive.
  17.  
  18. Standard Treatment  Complete surgical removal, similar to Stage I.
